Nicole Clemente, MBA

Nicole joined Silas Parker & Associates in 2021, bringing over 20 years of administrative and legal assistant experience to her role as Director of Operations. With a deep understanding of business strategy, brand management, and operational efficiency, Nicole ensures the firm operates at the highest level—aligning internal processes with the company’s mission, vision, and core values.

As Director of Operations, Nicole oversees all aspects of the firm’s daily functions, including human resources, IT, compliance, marketing, and internal systems management. She also plays an integral role in client meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between advisors and clients. Nicole leads the firm’s marketing initiatives, website strategy, and social media compliance—and manages the company’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking performance against financial goals.

Nicole’s expertise in process improvement and team coordination enables the firm to deliver a consistent and superior client experience. Her ability to optimize systems and implement strategic solutions ensures that operations run smoothly, allowing the team to focus on what matters most—serving their clients.

A United States Navy Veteran, Nicole served for two and a half years, where she developed her strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University and graduated in May 2025 with her MBA in Project Management and Process Improvement. Her combined academic and professional experience continues to elevate the firm’s operational standards and long-term success.

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in South Florida, Nicole has always been drawn to both structure and creativity. She currently resides in Leander, TX, with her husband Jason, daughter Giada (born in 2012), and their beloved dogs: Chewy and Nero. 

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys watching movies, traveling, and taking weekly art classes, where she explores her passion for creativity. She has a deep love for experiencing new cultures, having traveled to over 30 countries across four continents—a journey she plans to continue. Nicole embraces a mindset of continuous learning, whether it’s enhancing business efficiencies, mastering new artistic techniques, or exploring the world with her family. She believes in curiosity, adaptability, and always striving for improvement—principles that guide both her professional and personal life.

Nicole’s passion for travel and adventure has taken her across the globe, and she has no plans of stopping anytime soon. Whether it’s exploring new destinations, learning new skills, or optimizing business operations, she approaches every endeavor with enthusiasm and dedication.
